What I Gave it: 4.5/5

Where I got it: I ordered it online!

My Thoughts:

Hey our lovely fellow Bloggers/Followers, I am REALLY sorry about how slow I've been with reviews in the past month! I'll Have FIVE more coming up some time this week when I get the time to post them, and I promise I'll remember! Or you can just yell at me or something you guys are creative!(:

I read Legend about a week ago and haven't been able to stop thinking about it since! If you're an old follower you know my favorite genre is Dystopians/ Post Apocalyptic world, but this one is unforgetable! The story takes place in Los Angles, California in the year of 2130, and follows the stories of Day, who is the Republics most wanted crimanal, and June, the Republics little military prodigy. Well, what gets the story going is the death of Junes brother, Metias. And the supposed murderer is of course, Day. Unfortunatly after that, everythings gets to literally be one hot mess with the characters. June is responsible for tracking down Day, and eventually, BAM! They fall for each other. This book does have some romance, but not very much in the kissy kissy department, more like 'I have to save you,but you're really saving me.' department. But that what made it a great story line! It was suspenceful and had a couple of action scenes with the Republiv V.S the Colonies spies, then why did I give it 4.5 stars instead of five to this great book? The reason behind that my dear people is because honestly, the plot is a little predicable *insert sigh here*. Don't get me wrong, this book was great, it was just literally nine times out of ten I was right where the books plot went with things. My suggestion is to just wait for it in your local library or borrow it from a friend due to the fact the book is just a little over three hundred pages long! Enjoy!

Zombie Exodus App Review

Zombie Exodus, Interactive Horror Fiction App

Find it on Iphone:

Find it on Android:

https://market.android.com/details?id=org.hostedgames.zombieexodus

The PRWEB.com release:
Jim Dattilo and Choice of Games are pleased to announce the release of Zombie Exodus, a text-based zombie game for mobile devices. Build your character and fight your way out of a zombie-filled city to save your sister in this interactive horror fiction story. Gather supplies and weapons while avoiding the military, bandits, and living dead. Your choices alone control the story. Can you survive the zombie apocalypse?
In the classic style of text adventures which allow you to choose paths for your character, Zombie Exodus is an original story written and coded in ChoiceScript, created by Dan Fabulich of Choice of Games. It is a first person point-of-view story in which the plot progresses based on the user’s choices. The first release of Zombie Exodus consists of two parts and eight chapters, while future parts in the series will be released on a quarterly basis.
“I grew up reading interactive fiction and hosting roleplaying games with friends,” said Jim Dattilo, author of Zombie Exodus. “I created this game with a goal to give readers many choices to explore and to have them experience the terror and intensity of day 1 of an apocalypse. With the popularity of zombies exploding in recent years, I also wanted to bring back the horror and suspense of the genre with unique characters and a plot-driven story.”
Choice of Games is offering the app for free, supported by advertising, or ad-free for $1.99 through in-app purchasing. The full version is also available on their Web site for free without advertising.
Jim Dattilo is a lifelong horror fiction and roleplaying game enthusiast. This is his first work of multiple-choice fiction. He is also co-founder of Philadelphia-based Reel 9 Productions, a media services group. Professionally, Jim is a Data Analyst, working at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine.
Choice of Games was founded by Dan Fabulich and Adam Strong-Morse in 2009. They produce text-based interactive novels for mobile platforms and the web, combining the delicious freedom of the 1980s’ choose-your-own-adventure style books with the depth and scope of a bestselling novel.

What I gave it: 5 outta 5!! it's a blast!

Where I got it: iphone app store/ via request from Jim Dattilo

My Thoughts;
I have never reviewed an app before, so this was a first for me, but as both an iphone and android user I USE apps like this one EVERY DAY! I really liked this app because as a reader it was perfect for me, but I also have a dorky side that loves ALL THINGS ZOMBIE!! (I already had 4 other Zombie apps! :D ) It was so much fun that I had to include others in the fun, Soooo.... I also got Rachel, My husband Torey, My son Dylan and My Daughter Haylie in on the action! One thing we all agreed on was WE CAN'T WAIT FOR PART 3!!
Here's what they had to say about it:

Rachel: This app was awesome! I love interactive games (Games like Gears of War 3) because you get to choose! I loved how we had all these options in the story so it was great, and you got to meet some new characters along the way! Now where is part three? -Downloaded from Android Market for Droid X

Torey: "I died, so I had to start again and I made it to the boat and kicked Zombie ass the second time!!" - downloaded from the Android market for HTC Aria
(My husband who almost never reads anything played this for hours straight!!)

Dylan: I thought that the app was amazing. I cannot wait for next part of this story.- downloaded from Android Market

Haylie: I liked making my own character, she was cool and kicked zombie butt. The girl Heather is kinda stupid and I kept hoping she would die! Lol but we all made it to the boat, now I gotta wait to see what happens next! Downloaded from itunes app store for Ipod
